How We Work:

First time customers:

When activating a new line with Moua Wireless there is a ONE-TIME activation fee of $30. You MUST fill out a "New Customer" form (found in our Forms section).

If you want to keep your number from a different service provider you will have to fill out a "Port-In" form (found in our Forms section). Keep in mind a Port-In still falls into the category of the $30 activation fee.

Existing customers:

*Customers can now renew their plan online!

Add the plan of your choice to the PayPal cart. As soon as you checkout you will receive a text containing a PIN for the plan you just purchased. Then dial #737 from your phone and follow the voice prompts. Its that easy!

*Customer MUST have valid PayPal account

(NOTE: When checking out via the PayPal cart please provide the phone number you want to renew in the "note to seller tab". Otherwise it'll be impossible to renew your service. Example here.)
